What gets checked
Eligibility: indexability, canonical tags, mobile viewport, HTTPS. These decide whether the page can rank at all — a stray noindex makes everything else irrelevant.
Presentation: title and description length, heading structure, social preview tags, structured data. These decide how the page appears once it does rank.
Foundations: robots.txt, XML sitemap, response time, compression, image alt text, content depth.
Weighted, not counted
A missing title tag and a missing HSTS header are not the same problem, so they are not scored the same. Each check carries a weight reflecting what it actually costs you in search.
Every finding says what is wrong and why it matters, so you can ignore the ones that do not apply to your site rather than chasing a green checklist.
