Terms of Service
By creating a Serpling account you agree to these terms.
The service
Serpling researches keywords, generates SEO articles with AI, and publishes them to a website you control. It is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must own — or be authorised to publish to — every website you connect.
Content and responsibility
- Articles are produced by an AI model. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish. AI can be inaccurate; do not publish claims you have not checked, especially in regulated areas such as health, legal or financial advice.
- You own the content Serpling generates for you, and you are responsible for its use.
- Do not use Serpling to produce spam, malware, deceptive claims, or content that infringes copyright or violates search engine guidelines.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by PayPal.
Credits
AI Brain Credits are included with your plan and can also be purchased. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, except where required by law.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief interruptions.
No ranking guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings or traffic. SEO outcomes depend on your market, competition and search engine behaviour, none of which we control. Any figures shown on our marketing pages are examples, not promises.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost traffic, rankings or revenue.
